Bring Tawk.To livechat directly into the widget so you can combine the benefits of Tawk.To with all the benefits of your widget!

Configure Tawk.To Tool

Step 1: Open Tool

Navigate to your widget management area in your CRM software and open the Tawk.To tool.

If you have not added this tool to your widget yet, add the tool first, then you can configure the tool settings. Click here to learn how to add new Conversion Toolsβ„’


Step 2: Set Tool Titles

  • Title: Set the name of the Tawk.To tool that will be displayed on the initial widget view.

  • Panel Title: Define the text that appears at the top of the Tawk.To tool once it's activated by a visitor.


Step 3: Configure Tool Visibility

In the Tool Visibility section, specify when the Tawk.To tool should be visible based on your office hours found in the widget settings.


Step 4: Tawk.To Livechat Configuration

To connect your Tawk.To Livechat account, paste in the propertyid and the widgetid. To find these id’s, log into your Tawk.To account and go to Administration > Channels > Chat Widget.

Once you have pasted in your propertyid and the widgetid, you will see your Tawk.To account connected inside the widget.
