## Configure Tawk.To Tool

### Step 1: Open Tool

Navigate to your widget management area in your CRM software and open the Tawk.To tool.

### **Step 2: Set Tool Titles**

* **Title:** Set the name of the Tawk.To tool that will be displayed on the initial widget view.
* **Panel Title:** Define the text that appears at the top of the Tawk.To tool once it's activated by a visitor.

### Step 3: Configure Tool Visibility

In the **Tool Visibility** section, specify when the Tawk.To tool should be visible based on your office hours found in the widget settings.

### Step 4: Tawk.To Livechat Configuration

To connect your Tawk.To Livechat account, paste in the *<mark style="background-color:yellow;">**propertyid**</mark>* and the *<mark style="background-color:yellow;">**widgetid**</mark>*. To find these id’s, log into your Tawk.To account and go to <mark style="background-color:yellow;">**Administration > Channels > Chat Widget**</mark>.

Once you have pasted in your *<mark style="background-color:yellow;">**propertyid**</mark>* and the *<mark style="background-color:yellow;">**widgetid**</mark>*, you will see your Tawk.To account connected inside the widget.
